1. Who are we?

This website is managed by TrajectX (company number 0766.576.746). TrajectX is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website. For privacy questions, please contact info@trajectx.com.

2. What does this privacy policy cover?

This privacy policy covers the website www.trajectx.com. It does not cover data processed in the TrajectX application. If you have questions about that, please contact info@trajectx.com.

3. What data do we collect and why?

Contact form and meeting form. When you fill in a form, we receive the data you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, organisation name, the subject of your question, your message, any attachments and (for a meeting) your preferred date. We only use this data to answer your question, schedule a demo or meeting, or prepare a quote.

Direct contact. If you email or call us, we use your data to reply to you.

We do not use your data for other purposes and we do not sell it.

4. Legal basis

We process data from the contact form to take steps at your request before a possible agreement (such as a demo or quote), or based on our legitimate interest in answering questions. We use spam protection (see section 5) based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its forms.

5. Third-party services

• Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms against spam and abuse. To do so, Google processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy.
• YouTube: our demo video is hosted on YouTube. When you start the video, YouTube (Google) may process data and set cookies.
• Hosting: the website and submitted forms are stored with our hosting provider.

6. Cookies

The website uses a functional cookie to remember your language choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party services (reCAPTCHA and, when you play the video, YouTube) may set their own cookies.

7. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data no longer than necessary to handle and follow up on your question. If you become a customer, we keep the data needed for our collaboration and invoicing for as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to or restrict the processing, or request your data in order to transfer it. To do so, send an email to info@trajectx.com.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
